If your physician has recommended water therapy, simply obtain a prescription and contact Mobile Water Therapy for an assessment and to schedule your home Mobile Water Therapy session.  Please have your health insurance card available when you call, then get ready for relief from Mobile Water Therapy!

• We reserve the right to deny service 
• No food or liquid permitted in the vehicle
• You must be showered
• You cannot have any open sores or open wounds to receive services
• Face covering (nose and mouth) required at all times
• You must bring your own towel/robe
• Failure to come to the vehicle at your scheduled time when the vehicle arrives can result in your appointment being cancelled or shorten the available time for service
• All co-pays must be paid in full before services are provided
• Flip flop shoes and open toe shoes are not permitted
• Appointment duration is limited to the prescription received from your medical provider
